On Saturday I went to my best friend Kayla's house to go to St Beads with her. Kayla's mum took us there and the place is in Napier. You go there to make 1 piece of jewelry and you need to pay $10 to get in. After that we all went to McDonald for lunch. Then we went home and played for a little bit.

Then I rang home so we could pick my nanny up and go out to Kayla's pony Carlos, because my nanny wanted to meet the cute little pony Carlos. So we went around to my house and we picked up my nanny and my little sister to come out to Carlos.

When it was my turn I started walking, and then on my second ride I started to walk and then I trotted, and on my third go I walked,trotted,and then I was going to walk back to Ann but Carlos all of a sudden...CANTERED OUT OF NO WHERE. Holt Holt Holt I yelled out. “Wow was that scary?” asked my little sister. Yes it was but let me get my breath back. “Honey are you OK?” asked my nanny. YES YES YES I’m OK.

Trip To Mars.

I know that is a long way away to get to Mars from earth{7 months} I know that that I will never see my best friend or my family again,thats just the way it will have to be. life may be harsh on mars it might be lovely on Mars who knows what it will be like way up there. Because No one has ever returned from Mars. I know that mum and dad are ok with me going to Mars that is a good feeling to have Inside. I will have to do 8 years of training in order to get to Mars. And that will take forever to complete. Thats  If I do complete the all the courses. On the bright side I’m really excited to go to Mars.

Alan Edward King

       In loving memory of

   Alan Edward King.

On the 6 of January-2004 my granddad who is very special to me his dad sadly died.

His name was Alan Edward King and he was born on May the 8th -1926. He was 78 when he died and he died of a heart attack,and my granddad said it might of also been his age. He died before I was born so that was very disappointing.  He use to work as a Police man.When he dropped out of high school he worked as a farmer. I think in the picture at the bottom of the page he looks allot like my granddad.

The entire funeral service was held in the capital

of the Morrison funeral home 239 Lincoln road,

Henderson on Friday 9 January 2004 at 3:00 pm

Something I was pleased with was going on the waka because it was my first time and it was with my class so that made it more fun.

I really enjoyed learning about space because I wanted to learn about space last year.

Something I found hard was poetry because it is hard to find rhymes.

Something that made me think was doing maths because I need to get better at my maths this year.

Something I want to get better at is talking in a group because people say I don’t talk in a group.

(What can I do about it?)

I think that I need to step up and start talking.
